Stéphane is a partner at McKinsey and heads Orphoz France, an entity dedicated to the implementation of major transformations, which has over 80 employees.
An expert in the execution of holistic and large-scale transformation programs and change management, Stéphane has extensive experience in the energy, environment, consumer goods, and financial services sectors. He has led numerous projects focused on operational performance improvement, support function optimization, risk management, and digital transformation.
At the European level, Stéphane leads the development of implementation-focused offerings and designs innovative methodologies to more effectively support organizations from strategy conception to operational execution.
Before joining Orphoz, Stéphane held the role of partner in several management consulting firms. He is a graduate engineer from the Arts et Métiers ParisTech (ENSAM) and the University of Bristol. He also holds an MBA from Sorbonne University.
