Robin is a partner in McKinsey’s New York office and a leader in the firm’s transformation, people and organizational performance, and private capital practices. He advises CEOs, senior executives, and private equity investors on large-scale performance transformations that deliver sustainable improvements in financial results, organizational effectiveness, and capabilities.

Since the inception of McKinsey’s transformation work, Robin has supported more than 20 enterprise-wide transformations across industries, including healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, industrials, chemicals, mining, and technology services. He frequently serves as a trusted adviser and coach to chief transformation officers, helping leadership teams drive ambitious change programs and build long-term organizational health.

Robin also works closely with private equity investors and portfolio companies to accelerate value creation through holistic transformations and capability building.

In addition, Robin leads McKinsey’s global Change Leaders Forums, which convene executives and transformation leaders to strengthen change management and organizational effectiveness capabilities.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys running, cycling, doing long-distance triathlons, and playing the piano, and he is fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
