About Mischa

Mischa is a partner in our Organization Practice, one of the leaders of the firm’s global family-businesses group, and leader of our talent-management work across Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.

Mischa helps clients think through complex change and talent-led transformations. Drawing on years of experience to understand the nuances of each individual client situation, he has led numerous transformations for multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and government institutions throughout Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Examples of Mischa’s recent client work include the following:

  • supporting a ministry over a multiyear effort to transform the ecosystem based on performance and organizational-health perspectives, with tasks that included using a capability-building program for 25,000 employees
  • helping a multinational company assess the effectiveness of its organization, design a program to simplify it, and then implement the program across all functions and throughout eight countries, which resulted in a 25 percent reduction in costs and a significant increase in the client’s efficiency
  • supporting a family conglomerate in a holistic organizational-health diagnostic that resulted in a long-term transformation road map, which included guidelines on restructuring, succession planning, and talent management
  • advising a family-owned conglomerate based in Latin America on how to design and implement a multiyear transformation that included organizational structure, processes, corporate and family governance, capabilities, and culture
  • working with multiple C-level teams on their journeys to become higher-performing top teams
