Michele is a senior expert in McKinsey’s Chicago office and a leader in our corporate and business functions work. She specializes in finance and G&A function transformations, helping organizations to enhance their operating models, develop finance talent, and improve processes for functions including finance, HR, and legal.
Michele brings deep industry experience to her client work, guiding large-scale transformations that enable digital and AI capabilities and talent development, support growth, and capture synergies. Much of her work includes helping clients build the finance talent needed to be more mature AI-enabled strategic finance business partners. Recently, she has led finance function transformations at a global pharmaceutical company, a payments fintech, and a post-merger technology and media company, as well as AI-enablement of finance in end-to-end processes at a telecom and a life insurer.
Before joining McKinsey, Michele spent 15 years in a variety of finance and financial planning and analysis leadership roles at PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble.
