Meagan is a leader in McKinsey’s Transformation, Strategy & Corporate Finance, and Financial Services practices, serving financial institutions on organization, operations, and transformation. She works with executives on transformation formulation and execution and is driven by a desire to help elevate the skills, culture, and purpose of companies and individual leaders.
She is also a member of McKinsey’s CEO and CFO Excellence practices, contributing to pioneering research on what shapes success in executive leadership roles, with particular expertise in the CEO and CFO as catalysts for transformation.
Meagan founded and serves as global dean of the McKinsey–Harvard Business School Executive Education collaboration—the first and only of its kind—through which McKinsey and HBS jointly design and deliver premier executive development programs for C-level leaders worldwide.
Meagan is a member and vice president of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Harvard Club of New York City, and she has led pro bono efforts in education and Indigenous affairs.
