- advising on the reconstruction of a coal power plant estimated at $800 million, with a focus on introducing a control tower, implementing measures to accelerate the schedule, and boosting the project-management efficiency
- assisting a Russian oil refinery with capex projects worth more than $2.2 billion, including developing the contracting model, optimizing the schedule, and designing the organization structure, staffing plan, and recruiting process
- helping a metallurgical company to develop and manage a business-to-business sales transformation and channel strategy for the Russian market
