Laurie focuses on supporting leading North American and European companies in designing and implementing major transformation programs, mainly in operations. She works across sectors, including advanced industries, medical devices, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods, to help clients implement organization-wide operational excellence programs, develop operations and network strategies, and transform procurement functions. She has also supported several organizations in executing end-to-end enterprise transformations of commercial operations.
Laurie helps lead McKinsey’s operations work in North America. An established adviser for several market leaders, she provides expertise in strategy, manufacturing and footprint design, and strategic sourcing.
Laurie speaks frequently at operations and leadership conferences and is on the faculty of the McKinsey Capability Center.
