- advising a leading manufacturer on the development of a new business strategy in an entirely new sector
- reviewing a public-sector client’s procurement process and supply-chain management
Kenji leads our Manufacturing Practice in Japan and supports plant-wide productivity improvement in large manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies. As a core member of McKinsey’s Operations Practice, he also has a wealth of expertise in capital productivity, procurement and supply management, and service operations. Kenji is the partner sponsor of recruiting for McKinsey in Japan.
