Ken coleads McKinsey’s North America client services at the intersection of the Advanced Industries and Operations Practices. He has advised clients across industrial, automotive, aerospace, and consumer packaged goods industries as they set operations strategies and execute large-scale performance transformations. He helps enable growth and unlock productivity through operations, procurement, and AI-enabled transformations—from diagnostics to implementation.
Before joining McKinsey, Ken worked in the financial services and engineering industries. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Columbia University, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and an MS from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering.
