Jennifer is a senior partner and global leader in McKinsey’s product development and procurement work. She advises leading consumer, retail, and beauty companies on growth strategy, transformation, category and brand strategy, procurement, product development, digital acceleration, operating model evolution, and end-to-end value creation.
A long-standing leader in McKinsey’s Minneapolis and New Jersey offices, Jennifer brings 25 years of experience across consumer products, retail, beauty, apparel, food and beverage, consumer healthcare, and private equity. She has led major transformation programs for global retailers and consumer companies, helping clients improve performance across growth, margin, sourcing, merchandising, product development, and operations. Jennifer previously led McKinsey’s apparel, fashion, and luxury work in the Americas and continues to advise leading beauty manufacturers, brands, retailers, and investors on M&A, transformation, growth, and operating model evolution. She also leads much of McKinsey’s Americas retail private-equity work and has primary relationships with several investment funds.
She is widely published and regularly speaks at leading industry forums on topics including product development, procurement transformation, AI in procurement, beauty and fashion value creation, Gen Z and millennial consumers, and the future of retail.
