A senior partner at McKinsey, Jean-Baptiste advises large international groups and midsize companies on the design and implementation of integrated transformations aimed at delivering significant and sustainable performance improvements.
He works primarily with companies across the process industries, particularly in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food sectors. He also chairs McKinsey Transformation and Orphoz in France.
Previously, Jean-Baptiste led McKinsey’s Operations Practice for the pharmaceutical industry globally for five years. He also led McKinsey’s Lyon office for eight years, accelerating its growth and expanding the team to 80 professionals.
Before joining McKinsey, he spent five years in operational management roles in industry. Jean-Baptiste Pelletier is a graduate of MINES ParisTech.
