Irina originally joined the firm in 2005 and is now a partner with our Nur-Sultan office in Kazakhstan.

She has successfully completed a number of major transformation programs in various industries, and is a member of RTS by McKinsey, and also works within our Agriculture Practice throughout Europe.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Irina worked in investment banking with Societe Generale in Paris and Moscow, where she focused on M&A in the banking, consumer, and retail sectors. She also worked for Troika Capital Partners, where she gained experience in retail asset turnarounds.
