Frédéric is an expert partner based in the Gothenburg office in Sweden, who has worked with some of the world’s leading companies in the consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries.

Some examples of Frédéric’s work include participating in the design of a global digital and analytics manufacturing transformation program at scale—including a full lighthouse plant transformation—for a global pharmaceuticals company, and defining and implementing a global manufacturing excellence program across the network of a major consumer goods company, leading to the design of a cross sector and global production system.

Frédéric holds a mechanical engineering degree from the Institute of National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Lyon. French is his native language and he also speaks fluent English, Swedish, and conversational German.
