As a leader of our People & Organizational Performance Practice in Spanish Latin America, Felipe brings deep expertise in shaping large-scale transformation programs—in sectors as varied as financial services, oil and gas, healthcare, economic development, and public education. He works with senior leaders in business, government, and multilateral agencies in the design and deployment of large transformations. These programs often involve deep organizational, cultural, and operational changes aimed at capturing significant value in a sustainable fashion.
Examples of Felipe’s recent client work include the following:

- working with a large not-for-profit to deliver a deep transformation in the efficiency of its operations in healthcare and social services—including implementing a state-of-the-art contracting system that yielded major savings in procurement
- shaping a national economic development and job-creation strategy for a Caribbean country, including specific growth plans for priority sectors such as tourism, business process outsourcing, and electronic-device manufacturing.
- supporting the ministry of education in a Latin American country to design and implement a large-scale school improvement program aimed at significantly raising education quality outcomes across the country
