Bogdan is focused on supporting clients in the B2C consumer space, primarily consumer-packaged goods, apparel and fashion companies, consumer-electronics groups, and retailers to become more competitive in the digital space. This may include e-commerce, digital marketing, personalization, marketing technology, or a combination of those.

He has spent most of his time architecting transformative programs over the past two years, working closely with clients to accelerate performance while building new capabilities, technologies, and processes.

For instance, he worked with a European scaled retailer and supported the turnaround growth of their e-commerce division by activating multiple levers from customer-experience improvement, online user-experience development-pipeline acceleration, digital marketing scale-up, and more.

Bogdan leads the firm’s implementation in the Marketing & Sales Practice, which pertains to a group of consultants with deep industry experience in the sector. We focus on working alongside clients to deliver impact with longer transformative projects.

Outside of work, Bogdan is a passionate home-studio recording musician and enjoys food, wine, and traveling with his wife.
