Ankur leads our work in digital and analytics in the public sector across North America. He has spent more than 15 years supporting national and local governments; civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies; and leading corporations in driving transformational change.
As a thought leader in digital, artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics, Ankur has pioneered the use of technology to help organizations deliver products, services, and capabilities in innovative new ways to delight customers, reduce costs, and secure competitive advantage. In the course of more than 100 projects, he has advised clients on analytics and AI strategies, digitization and technology modernization, cost and productivity transformations, megaproject management and rescues, organization design and performance assessments, customer-experience design, omnichannel strategies, M&A due diligence, postmerger management and integration, and strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.
Ankur serves leading businesses from a broad range of industries, including high tech, telecoms, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and private equity.
In addition to his client work, Ankur is the host of McKinsey’s annual Insight to Innovation Summit (i2i), a forum that acts as a bridge between government institutions and Silicon Valley.
