About Amadeo

Amadeo, a senior partner based in the Middle East, works with leading players in the energy and materials sectors on issues related to strategy, operations, and government policy. He leads the People & Organizational Performance Practice in the Middle East, helping clients redesign and transform their organizations.

Amadeo serves international and national oil companies in many different countries. In one recent project, he led our support for a major oil company implementing world-class processes, including top-team processes, strategic planning, and workforce development.
