Alexander is a partner with McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice who focuses on M&A transactions, strategy and corporate finance, and value-creation programs.

He works with investors in the technology ecosystem, including venture capital, growth equity, and private-equity funds, as well as family offices. In particular, Alexander specializes in software companies, IoT, and other emerging technologies. He has a substantial M&A track record with due diligence, vendor due diligence, and IPO projects. He also carries out value creation and revenue acceleration projects across the value chain, which includes 100-day plans, pricing strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial excellence, and technology implementation work for his clients.
