Ákos serves major financial institutions and leading telecommunications companies with shaping strategy and driving operational and organizational transformations. He supports large-scale agile and capability transformation programs, and coleads McKinsey’s Enterprise Agility Center.

Ákos has helped leading European banks achieve large-scale digital and analytics transformations, implement agile methodology, and refine operating models. He also has deep expertise in helping financial institutions define new growth strategies.

For example, Akos supported a retail bank’s strategy to reimagine its operations including a review of physical and online channels, lending processes, and product propositions. He helped another bank develop its corporate banking strategy and three-year business plan, including a new service model, acquisition approach, and incentive systems.

In his work with telecommunications companies, Akos assisted a leading European organization develop its post-COVID-19 strategic agenda, and shape initiatives to address priority areas. He helped another global company transform its HR operating model. Akos also supported an organization’s large-scale agile transformation, including developing new roles and career paths.
