If you are finishing your bachelor’s degree in 2023 and feel ready to start your career, then join McKinsey Norway as a two-year full-time business analyst (BA). Here, you will join a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development, while getting the opportunity to work in teams of three to five consultants to help the best organizations in the world with solving their difficult problems.
You will play an active role in all aspects of the client engagement including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. Also, you’ll gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Business analysts receive exceptional formal and on-the-job training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams.
How and when to apply
The deadline for applications is February 25, 2024. After the two-year BA program, assuming good performance, you may choose to pursue graduate school with support from the firm or even be eligible to move into a post-graduate school role. Apply here.
