Drawing on his extensive consulting and corporate management experience, he supports leading global companies in enhancing their performance through marketing and sales strategies, global expansion, and digital initiatives.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Eigo served as a managing director and partner at a US-based strategy consulting firm, where he led the consumer goods team in Japan, leveraging deep industry expertise to drive client growth and transformation.

Before that, he held key leadership roles at Nissin Foods Holdings, including strategy director at the headquarters, chief representative of Asia, and CEO of Nissin Foods Singapore, where he spearheaded company-wide transformations.
