The Government Leaders Forum (GLF), a collaborative initiative by the University of Virginia’s Miller Center of Public Affairs and the McKinsey Center for Government, brought together more than 75 leaders from across federal and state agencies to discuss the nation’s top priorities — from mitigating workforce challenges and leading during times of transition and crisis to responsibly leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities and optimizing procurement. The Forum combined the Miller Center’s rich historical research and deep understanding of the American presidency with McKinsey’s leading management insights to enable participants to explore presidential choice points, engage in dialogue, and grow as leaders.
Below is an overview of the keynote speeches delivered during the Forum as well as the content deep dives explored during the three days. Should you wish to delve deeper into the discussions or engage further with GLF, please contact us at government_leaders_forum_support@mckinsey.com.
