The organization, which had over 40,000 employees, was rewired by designing new workflows, streamlining decision rights, and embedding gen AI into everyday work—while steering a company-wide, global operating model transformation projected to unlock $2 billion to $3 billion in annual savings within three years.
Optimizing an LNG operating model
Worked with a leading North American liquefied natural gas (LNG) operator to optimize its operating model. A robust FTE benchmark was developed based on the proprietary data of peers in the Gulf of America region. The facility’s ramp-up strategy and talent management approach were refined—aligned to skills, resource levels, and timelines—to enable a successful start up and lay the foundation for long-term growth.

Additionally, greater digitization helped the company to scale its sustainability efforts.
Boosting an enterprise-wide performance and sustainability transformation for a European integrated energy company
