The facility’s ramp-up strategy and talent management approach were refined—aligned to skills, resource levels, and timelines—to enable a successful start up and lay the foundation for long-term growth.
Driving digital and AI-led transformation
Developed and implemented a comprehensive, multiyear digital factory program to enhance digital capabilities across a gas distribution system operator’s (DSO) operations. The program led to significant operational efficiencies and improved service delivery . Consequently, the company achieved a substantial reduction in operational expenditure, up to 30 percent, over the following eight years.
