The first step to joining McKinsey’s Tel Aviv office, whether you are a student, a recent graduate or an experienced professional, is to prepare your application, which should include your:
- Resume (CV) detailing your academic performance, previous jobs and internships, professional experience, extracurricular activities (sports and associations), and hobbies
- Level of language fluency in English and Hebrew (and any other languages you may know)
Important Dates Application
Next application deadlines for full time positions will be published soon.
Learn about our interviewing process, hear interviewing advice from McKinsey colleagues and find out what we look for, and how best to prepare HERE.
As part of your application, eligible applicants will receive an invitation to complete our “McKinsey Problem Solving Game”, and complete it within a set deadline. Your performance in the assessment will be considered along with the rest of your application and any other assessments you take at this stage.
After the application deadline we will review your entire application, you will then receive feedback from us.
If you are selected for our assessment process, your interviews will take place during the two months after the application deadline. This will contain three rounds of interviews with case studies and personal experience elements, time between each round is about 1 week.
If you are not selected to proceed in the assessment process, we strongly recommend you wait to apply for the same role in any McKinsey office for at least 12 months.
