Since becoming a Managing Partner, he has been concentrating mainly on assisting local and regional subsidiaries to become top performers in their MNC groups while also helping locally owned asset owners and companies to expand and succeed internationally.

Dan co-leads our work in Service Operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His primary focus is on improving performance through end-to-end operational and digital transformation programs, especially in sectors like telecommunications, digital services, financial services, energy and heavy industry. He aims at leveraging new technologies and creating capabilities to improve clients’ productivity and customer experience, and to enable growth.

During his almost two decades with the firm, Dan has worked across sectors including banking, e-commerce and online, and private equity in Europe, North America, Latin America, Russia, Africa and the Middle East.

On a more personal note, Dan is very passionate about McKinsey values and ethical ways of working – within the firm he is recognized as one of the “Guardians of Health” and is a member of the firm’s global Values Committee.
