The competition is for Czech- and Slovak-speaking university students and young professionals (with up to 5 years of professional experience). All participants must be fluent in Czech or Slovak. In the first round, the competition is open to both individuals and groups. In the second round, all selected individuals will be put into groups by the organizer.
First round - teams
Each team has 4–5 members (each team must have at least one male and one female member)—only solutions from teams that meet all required conditions will be assessed.

Teams will have 6 days to analyze the situation, develop a solution, and design and submit their output online. The output will be in English and can be submitted in any form (e.g., video, document, readable or viewable presentation) by 23:59, November 1. Incomplete submissions (e.g., ones with missing CVs) will not be reviewed. It must be possible to read or view the output in 10 minutes or less.
The top 3–5 teams will be shortlisted and will be invited to the final round on November 13–14. All team members must be available during both days from approximately 8 am until 10 pm. If all team members are not present both days, the team will be disqualified.
