Committed to advancing LGBTQ+ equality and achieving greater acceptance in the workplace and in society
A platform for convening a global network of LGBTQ+ senior leaders from prominent public, private, and social sector institutions who are committed to driving progress on issues facing the LGBTQ+ community
Our vision
As individuals
All members join The Alliance as individuals (that is, not as representatives of their organizations) and work at an individual level through their respective networks and platforms.
As change agents
The Alliance aims to influence workplace equality practices and policies, advance social acceptance in areas of the world with limited LGBTQ+ advancement to date, and promote other causes near and dear to the LGBTQ+ community.
Our work
The Alliance convenes global LGBTQ+ leaders to forge connections and share experiences. It has created a shared platform for members to build off of each other’s ideas and support one another in their efforts as leaders in their organizations and communities.
Social acceptance
Driving social equality and inclusion in the workplace by sharing best practices in countries such as India and Singapore
LGBTQ+ youth
Promoting data collection on topics related to LGBTQ+ youth to help them thrive in educational settings, the workplace, and in their personal lives
Strengthening our network
Using our collective network to connect and support one another, including driving progress on issues facing the broader LGBTQ+ community
