Moh coleads McKinsey’s medical products operations work globally. He brings more than 15 years of experience to his work with clients in the medical-device, pharmaceutical, and life-science industries on operations issues including product development, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and quality and compliance.

Moh helps medical-device and technology clients to develop strategies and pursue operational transformations that spur innovation and unlock sustainable growth.

Examples of his recent engagement experience include the following:

  • leading multiple end-to-end operations diagnostics and transformations for leading medical-device companies, including manufacturing and distribution-network optimization and manufacturing, quality, and SKU rationalization
  • performing multiple preacquisition due diligences on products, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality for various private-equity and medical-device clients, and developing tactical integration plans to mitigate risks after acquisitions
  • leading multiple product-development and design projects focused on emerging technologies and applications
  • developing a medical-device launch and integration strategy within the healthcare ecosystem
  • developing an infectious disease diagnostic and management network strategy in a highly complex environment

Before joining McKinsey, Moh founded a medical device company that integrated cutting-edge micro and nano technologies to introduce point-of-care molecular diagnostic devices. The company was recognized as one of Canada's top ten life-science companies. He also held a strategic marketing role with a medical-technology company in Singapore. Earlier in his career. Moh was an assembly and maintenance technician for medical-imaging devices.
