Focko is a global leader of the firm’s sustainability work in construction, infrastructure, and real estate. Over more than six years of advisory experience and more than five years in industry, Focko has partnered with leaders of organizations across the full ecosystem, including developers, financiers, designers, material companies, innovators, and construction groups. He advises clients on a broad range of topics, from strategy development to identifying and capturing operational efficiencies, always with a focus on sustainability.

  • supporting a European road agency through a multiyear operational-transformation program to capture capital-expenditure efficiencies and shift the business toward more sustainable operations, with a focus on asset renewals and new builds
