Yukiko is one of the leaders of the Healthcare Practice in Asia. She uses her expertise in healthcare systems to help healthcare-related companies and insurance companies to develop growth strategies and marketing strategies and to create new businesses. Yukiko improves her clients’ customer-centricity by leveraging digital, analytics, and design capabilities. She is also a geographical leader in Japan for the McKinsey Health Institute, a non-profit-generating entity within the firm that aspires to catalyze action to add 45 billion years of higher-quality life for all people around the world.

  • helping a government agency to design and implement a program to accelerate healthcare-related exports to emerging countries
