About Tomohiko

Tomohiko specializes in consumer packaged goods, retail, and retail banking. He leads McKinsey’s work in operations, including service operations, in Asia. He also leads our Implementation Practice in Japan. He has supported retail, consumer-packaged-goods, and retail-banking companies in strategy, operations, marketing, and organization.

Tomohiko has supported frontline transformation, big data–based marketing and operations, talent management, and postmerger integration. In addition, he leads the Customer Experience Transformation Group in Asia.
