About Tolga

Tolga is a senior partner in McKinsey’s New York office. As a leader of McKinsey’s Transformation and Financial Services practices, he has led numerous transformation programs involving productivity, digital, strategy, automation, and technology.

Examples of Tolga’s recent work include the following:

  • driving a full-scale revenue and cost transformation driven by technology at an insurance organization
  • launching and delivering a program for holistic-earnings improvement and capability building at various regional banks
  • implementing a program for revenue and cost improvement at a US-based consumer lending organization
  • leading an end-to-end digital process redesign and automation program at a global consumer bank
  • driving a program of automation and lean management at a leading global provider of securities services
  • launching an operating-model transformation focusing on process improvement, automation, technology architecture, location strategy, and organizational design covering middle and back-office areas at a global capital-markets company

Prior to joining McKinsey, Tolga spent eight years at a leader of commercial vehicles in Europe and Turkey in multiple functions including engineering and marketing. In his most recent role, Tolga led the marketing function for the company.
