Sergey coleads McKinsey’s Operations Practice in Africa, the CIS, the Middle East, and Turkey and the Implementation Practice in the CIS and Russia.
He serves clients in the chemical, metals, and mining industries in Asia–Pacific, the CIS, Europe, and Turkey. His particular focus is operational transformations, including equipment-reliability improvement, production and supply-chain transformation, infrastructure development, and capital optimization.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Sergey worked for a major international manufacturing company.
