He has led global work across more than 15 markets, supporting both digital-native ecosystems and established players, including retailers and consumer businesses. His work centers on end-to-end AI enablement across core business domains such as commercial, marketing, product, and operations—spanning strategy, data and AI foundations, and operating-model design.
Before joining McKinsey, Sergey was active in entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem, an experience that continues to shape his pragmatic and innovation-driven approach. He also contributes thought leadership on the future of AI-enabled retail and consumer ecosystems, with a particular focus on the impact of agentic AI.
Sergey is based in London, where he lives with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys power yoga, photography, and music.
