His work spans digital manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and growth strategy, with a consistent focus on delivering tangible outcomes—ranging from improved equipment effectiveness and productivity gains to large-scale EBITDA impact.
With two decades of experience in advanced manufacturing technologies, AI/machine learning, and simulations, Sean brings deep technical expertise alongside industry experience, including significant work in aerospace and other complex, asset-intensive sectors. He has led global programs that integrate digital tools, advanced analytics, and operating model redesign to drive sustainable performance improvement.
