Sam is a partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office and a global leader within McKinsey’s Transformation Practice. He has over 15 years of experience guiding operational and financial transformations and turnarounds, including in interim roles.

He has worked within a broad range of industries, with a focus on travel and logistics and the advanced industry fields. Sam draws on his deep background in corporate finance and operational turnarounds to advise management teams and board of directors on enterprise transformations, strategic business planning, corporate restructurings, and stakeholder negotiations.

Before joining McKinsey, Sam worked in the global restructuring and financial advisory group of an investment bank and in the financial advisory services group of a national restructuring firm.

Sam is also a board member of the Chicago Botanic Garden.
