Ralph is a partner in McKinsey’s Dubai office and a core leader in the Operations Practice in the Middle East. He works with senior leaders across heavy industries, infrastructure, real estate, and public sector institutions to deliver improvements in operational performance, cost efficiency, capital productivity, and AI-enabled transformation.

Ralph is also affiliated with QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s AI arm, where he helps organizations design and scale AI-enabled operating models, AI strategies, and AI applications and use cases across business domains.

Ralph’s recent work includes helping organizations set their AI ambition, identify high-value domains and use cases, and deploy and scale AI solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. He has also led major procurement, cost, and capital excellence programs across heavy industries, real estate, and infrastructure organizations, with a focus on delivering measurable impact and building client capabilities.

Before joining McKinsey, Ralph worked in engineering, project controls, and infrastructure projects across the Middle East. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and engineering degrees from the American University of Beirut. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
