Noam is a partner based in Tel Aviv and affiliated with QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s AI center of excellence. He specializes in AI and technology transformations, strategy, and operations.
Noam’s client work spans designing, building, and deploying AI tools that enable finance leaders to uncover performance drivers, simulate actions, and make data-driven decisions. He also supports P&L owners in optimizing commercial investments and channel activities through AI-powered solutions.
Beyond technology implementation, Noam leads large-scale change management efforts to drive adoption of AI tools at scale across commercial and services organizations, including scaling across complex international teams. He helps build internal capabilities with company technology teams by establishing AI product teams and agentic factory teams.
In addition to his AI expertise, Noam advises private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors on transactions and portfolio value maximization. He has also worked with biopharma multinationals to improve clinical outcomes and has partnered with hospital systems to develop and execute strategies that accelerate both clinical and financial performance.
Before joining McKinsey in 2014, Noam practiced as a physician specializing in head and neck surgical oncology. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
