About Neha

Neha is a leader of the Healthcare Systems & Services Practice’s hospital-scale group, focusing on M&A, partnerships, and merger management for provider systems nationally. She also leads McKinsey’s Private Equity & Principal Investors and Healthcare Systems & Services joint venture, and has spent considerable effort conducting healthcare-services diligence and portfolio-optimization efforts across a number of settings.

Neha splits much of her time between the provider and private-equity spaces. She has led multiple hospital growth strategy studies, as well as market-based partnership strategies spanning acute, nonacute, and capability development across health systems and for-profit private-equity-owned companies. Neha led a due diligence resulting in one of the country’s largest hospital mergers and structured and led the integration effort that enabled significant value capture. She has led a number of diligences as well as optimization efforts for portfolio companies, particularly in growth and cost.

Neha contributed to McKinsey’s book Valuation: Measuring and managing the value of companies.
