Martin is a partner in McKinsey’s Switzerland office, where he serves as the global McKinsey Transformation implementation asset leader and guides the local McKinsey Transformation hub. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in large multinationals, scale-up firms, private equity, and consulting to his role.
He advises clients in the banking and insurance sectors, supporting them on a wide array of topics from front to back. Martin specializes in driving successful implementation strategies, with a particular focus on technology and agentic implementations. He is particularly active in leading comprehensive transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for improved data analytics, and optimizing operating models to help start-ups achieve rapid growth.
Martin also contributes valuable insights to the field of management and technology, having coauthored several books and articles on management tools, recruiting, and emerging technologies.
In addition, Martin is the managing director for Orphoz Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, and serves as the European people partner for Orphoz, McKinsey’s fully integrated implementation team dedicated to executing strategy implementation and performance transformation programs.
