Liz is a partner and leader of the firm’s product development and procurement work for industrial clients. In her client work, she partners with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing organizations to bring advanced analytics and digital techniques to accelerate value while driving sustainable transformations.

Examples of her client work include the following:

  • digital product development using machine learning for a major industrial company
  • top-down analytics strategy and use-case roadmap for a large industrial OEM, including establishment of a new analytics organization, training and capability building plans, and definition of the technology and infrastructure required to support analytics at scale
  • identification and capture of value-acceleration opportunities in engineering and operations functions during a merger of two major industrial companies
  • improvement of double-digit engineering productivity for a major capital infrastructure OEM leveraging a combination of big data analytics and traditional project deconstructions
