Leonid is a partner in McKinsey’s Zurich office. He works with financial-services companies, technology leaders, and public-sector institutions to build new S-curves through digital, analytics, organizational performance, commercial excellence across the developing and developed world.

Some of his recent client work includes the following world:

  • leading the multiyear transformation of the business banking unit of a major bank, which included applying digital tools, analytics, and commercial excellence to drive a step-change in financial performance
  • designing a growth strategy for an international investment bank
  • building a digital-attacker bank

Leonid leads McKinsey’s client services in Armenia, serving a diverse set of private- and public-sector institutions.

In his spare time outside of work, Leonid plays and watches football, reads, and hikes.
