About Kevin

Kevin leads McKinsey’s global Operations Practice. Prior to this role, he led McKinsey’s Travel, Transport & Logistics Practice and our global purchasing and supply-management work.

Since joining McKinsey, Kevin has counseled clients across multiple sectors on long-term strategy, multiyear operations performance transformations, business building, and organization. The application of big data and advanced analytics has been an especially significant source of value for his clients.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Kevin worked at Ford across a variety of strategic and operational areas. He also spent a portion of his pre-McKinsey career with General Electric’s aircraft-engine business.

Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in materials and logistics management from Michigan State University.
