Kevin leads the McKinsey Transformation Practice. Prior to this role, he led our global Operations Practice for six years. Kevin also led our Global Travel, Logistics & Transport Infrastructure Practice and our work in global purchasing and supply management.
Since joining McKinsey in 1996, Kevin has counseled clients across multiple sectors on long-term strategy, multi-year enterprise-wide transformations, operations, business building, and organization. Kevin is particularly passionate about rapidly building his client’s capabilities to sustain large scale change and deliver unrivaled impact.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Kevin worked at Ford Motor Company across a variety of strategic and operational areas. He also spent a portion of his pre-McKinsey career with General Electric’s aircraft-engine business.
Kevin holds an MBA from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in materials and logistics management from Michigan State University.
