Kenji leads our Automotive and Industrials & Electronics Practices in Asia, which includes semiconductor and electric components. He also led our Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Practice in Japan, which includes consumer electronics and IT service. He is a core leader for these practices globally. He serves Japan-headquartered global companies in the area of corporate transformations, operational transformations, and growth acceleration.

Kenji is passionate about supporting digitization of Japanese society and enterprises, specifically in core-technology transformation and technology-enabled new business building, to increase the competitiveness and productivity at scale. He counsels start-up CEOs and venture capitalists and supports start-up community building.

Kenji is interested in organizational capability building across layers. He leads various management-capability-building programs, such as upgrading board governance, brushing up CEO and CXO capabilities for client leadership, as well as large-scale organizational capability building from pricing and sales to procurement.
