He works with global industry leaders to reshape portfolios toward higher-growth, higher-margin segments, strengthen commercial and operational performance, and deliver measurable improvements in profitability and cash flow. He also partners extensively with private equity investors and portfolio companies to accelerate value creation and drive business transformations.
Beyond paper and packaging, Kedar advises companies in specialty chemicals, food ingredients, and nutrition, increasingly leveraging digital and AI to unlock new opportunities.
