Justin is a partner in McKinsey’s New York office and a leader in the firm’s capital excellence work. Examples of Justin’s recent client work include:

  • leading project stabilization of a metal recycling facility, focusing on performance transparency, cost and schedule validation, procurement excellence, and the project team’s culture, leading to a schedule improvement of five months and more than $150 million in cost avoidance
  • partnering with the assurance team for a major oil and gas project, with a focus on system completion and start-up performance, helping them achieve three-plus months in schedule acceleration, capture $400 million in cost avoidance, and increase early revenue impact by over $600 million
  • leading a project execution transformation for a chemical client’s $2.5 billion greenfield polyethene facility by improving frontline performance to stabilize and accelerate project delivery, de-risking projected outcomes, and achieving a 25 percent improvement in plant startup
  • orchestrating a project value improvement project on a $4 billion mining expansion project, focusing on improving cost and schedule timelines through reduction of on-site project hours, improving performance rates, and integrating stakeholder involvement, resulting in around $400 million in identified value
