Jimmy serves clients across strategy, operations, and growth, with a particular focus on major strategic questions, periods of transformational change, and performance improvement. His work spans the business cycle—providing perspectives on capital investments, unlocking productivity improvements and cash flow, and delivering new growth and innovation.

Jimmy leads McKinsey’s St. Louis office and serves on the leadership teams of both the Global Energy & Materials Practice and the Operations Practice. Prior to joining McKinsey, Jimmy held roles with Constellation Energy, Quantum Energy Partners, and Goldman Sachs.

Jimmy currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Missouri Botanical Garden and the Leadership Council at the Danforth Plant Science Center, and he is passionate about the outdoors.
