Ilya joined McKinsey in 2006 and is now a partner in our New York office.

He leads projects for banking clients on strategic development, operational improvement, risk management, technology transformation, and client capability development.

As a member of McKinsey’s Financial Services and Operations Practices, Ilya helps leading financial institutions develop and implement their corporate strategies, improve operations and lead them through major transformations.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a financial analyst.
