About Igor

Igor manages projects in the areas of strategic development, marketing analysis, development of multichannel distribution networks, operational excellence, improvement of organizational design, and performance management for companies in the financial sector in Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in addressing organizational-management issues and implementing large-scale transformation programs.

Examples of his recent client projects include the following:

  • designing retail strategies for several leading banks in Europe
  • leading a leading Russian financial corporation’s process-digitization, group-integration, and cost-management program, including segmentation strategy, management of customer value, cost cutting, and management of sales channel
  • creating a payment-processing and new-services-launch strategy for a leading European bank
  • developing network-size optimization for a leading European bank
  • designing a new organizational model and performance-management infrastructure for a major financial services company in the Commonwealth of Independent States and Russia

Prior to joining McKinsey, Igor worked as a legal counsel in Moscow.
