Igor

Based out of New York and drawing on nearly two decades of experience serving clients across the globe, Igor works with executive teams to help them capture the opportunities and address the threats coming from the digital disruption of retail financial services. Igor has advised multiple leading institutions on strategy, digital transformation, efficiency, new business building, and ecosystem projects, as well M&A, partnerships, and post-merger integrations.

Examples of his recent work include the following:

  • designing the multiyear support to scaling of a B2C ecosystem, including overall strategy definition, transformation of organizational models, building technology and data foundations for the ecosystem, and distribution strategy
  • leading multiple programs on the launch and scaling of digital propositions in retail and small business, from rapid concept design to full-fledged launch and market scaling
  • implementing agile ways of working, including the design of the target organization and adjusting processes in people, finance, and technology to support agile, driving cultural change, and enhancing employee value proposition

Igor is a leader of the strategy and corporate finance team within the global Financial Services Practice. In that capacity, he coleads the firm’s thinking on the future of financial services, ecosystems, and future-proof business models. He also coleads our M&A team in the financial-services space.
