Christian is a core leader within our Transformation Practice. He enables clients to deliver fundamental improvements in performance in response to strategic, operational, profitability, or liquidity challenges. He brings deep expertise in setting up the performance infrastructure and financial backbone of major transformations.

Christian coaches board members and senior client leaders to implement and sustain significant improvements in bottom-line EBITDA and cash performance. He has served clients across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa.

  • leading a large-scale transformation for a global agricultural chemical company, combining structural cost reduction with a redesigned go-to-market approach
  • executing an independent business review for a European metal processing company, providing a full evaluation of its strategy, market, and competitive positioning to secure the renewal of corporate financing
  • orchestrating a holistic restructuring for a global commodity chemicals manufacturer across the entire value chain, including a revised operating model and plant closures
  • developing a seven-year financial business plan for a European special steel producer, including a pressure-tested transformation road map and outline of immediate cash and restructuring initiatives to enable refinancing with over 20 lenders
